Philosophy & Life Operating System

The fusion of Stoicism, Buddhism, and Nature in business and in life.

My personal philosophy is a blend of timeless wisdom and lived experience.

A fusion of Stoic discipline, Buddhist awareness, and a deep reverence for the natural world. These aren’t just abstract concepts. They’re systems for living.

For building. For healing.

A Philosophy Built To Last:

Stoicism taught me to accept what I can’t control.

I found it after trauma - a messy breakup and a violent event that could’ve ended everything. Learning to separate myself from the chaos became essential. Acceptance became survival.

Over time, it became peace.

Buddhism entered my life when anxiety tried to take it over. Mindfulness brought me back to the present. I started grounding myself through breath, body, and awareness. I began asking better questions.

Eventually, I found better answers.

Nature has always been the quiet mentor in the background. It reminds me that everything is already perfect. If we’re willing to see it.

My Daily Spiritual Practice:

Before sleep, I practise Yoga Nidra.

A meditative body scan that helps me detach from the noise and reconnect with my body.

Dissolving into deep rest.

Just before that, I list five things I’m grateful for - three times over. It’s a simple habit.

But it shifts everything.

Vitamin G (Gratitude) is the secret life hack. No side effects. Just perspective. I journal only when I need to. Not daily. Not performatively.

But when something’s stuck in my head, I empty it onto paper. No better therapy.

Breathwork is my next frontier - still exploring, still learning. It’s like consciousness training for the soul.

Truth be told, I’m mostly hoping that it will improve my spear fishing skills…

My Life OS
(Daily Rhythm)

I train like an animal.
Weights 4–5 times per week. Padel twice.
My last fitness age check put me 15 years younger than my passport. My Daily Rhythm supports that:

6:00–6:30am:
Wake up → weights or calisthenics
8:00am:
Sauna + sun exposure
Mid-morning:
Beach walks (hit 10k steps)
Late morning:
Deep work blocks
Afternoon:
Strategic flow, writing, meetings
Evening:
Light dinner, Vitamin G, Yoga Nidra
9:30pm:
Asleep

No fluff. Just results.
No hacks. Just rhythm.

How it shapes my work:

I build businesses the same way I live: with depth, discipline, and a deep respect for the natural order of things. This lifestyle gives me clarity to make high-leverage decisions, energy to show up with consistency, and perspective to avoid the noise. In a world addicted to speed, I help founders slow down, simplify, and scale what matters.

The Joy of Nature as the Greatest Healer:

I’ve lived all over the world, but my favourite place is always wherever the wild things are.

Nature is pure truth.

You can’t negotiate with it. You can’t outsmart it.

You can only witness its beauty, surrender to its rhythm, and remember your place in it.

What will be will be.

Where there is life, there is death.

Humans can’t create anything as remarkable as nature. Nothing even comes close.

Everything I build - personally or professionally - is an attempt to honour that perfection.

RULES I LIVE BY
I don’t believe in hacks.
I believe in alignment.
I believe in doing deep work.
The  unsexy work people avoid.
Here are a few of those daily rules:
Do the right thing, even when it’s hard.
Stay calm in chaos.
Take responsibility for your energy.
Play the long game.
Don’t outsource your health, your joy, or your purpose.
Create more than you consume.
Move with integrity.
Or don’t move at all.
Eat well. Sleep better. Love deeply.
Make fewer, better decisions.
Question everything.
Especially your own thinking.
